I founded Intimate Inquiries to help people improve their sexual health, relationships, and overall wellness. My approach is curiosity-focused and judgment-free, I create a safe, confidential space where you can explore your authentic sexual self.
Therapy can help people identify and restructure unhelpful patterns, raise awareness of thoughts, feelings, and actions, and forge new paths toward resilience, pleasure, and personal power.
Sex therapy can address a wide range of concerns, desire and arousal, attachment, communication, infidelity, compulsive sexual behavior, porn addiction, orgasm difficulties, body image, sexual confidence, trauma, and major life transitions. While sexual issues are often what brings people in, the work frequently goes deeper into attachment, emotional regulation, and the erotic conflicts that shape who we are.
