Each person’s sexuality is understood within the context of their own life, relationships, identity, and values.

I believe that everyone has the ability to be whole and continue to evolve regardless of how devastating life has been. With support, courage, willingness and creativity, it is possible to experience love and connection to self and others. I work with clients collaboratively to help them achieve their goals, get unstuck, and simply take the next breath with more ease.

I value humor, creativity, and compassion to help my clients feel comfortable and find an integrative treatment plan that suits their therapeutic goals and personal styles.

I love helping people gain clarity on what they want and take action to bring that vision to life.

My Philosophy

My passion and understanding of the complexity and diversity in human sexuality has made this vocation especially fascinating and fulfilling. I work with my clients to foster a creative collaboration to help navigate a path forward.

Sexual concerns is often shaped by attachment, emotional regulation, past experiences, relationships, cultural messages, shame, the body, and personal values. I help clients understand sexuality from a systemic approach.

My approach is evidence-informed, direct, and collaborative. We establish clear goals, examine the patterns that keep repeating, and translate insight into concrete practice. I draw from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, sexual-health frameworks, attachment-based and somatic approaches, mindfulness, narrative therapy, and Gottman-informed couples work. I value humor, creativity, and being direct and clear. My aim is to make difficult conversations approachable without diminishing their complexity.

I remain fascinated by the complexity and diversity of human sexuality and by the ways greater self-knowledge can create more choice, pleasure, and connection.

My clinical practice is evidence-informed, direct, and collaborative. A Sexual-Health Approach

I have always loved helping people explore their life narratives and see how fostering awareness and igniting intentional change can lead to substantial transformations. It has been powerful to witness the effects of  how a person's identity and relationships can thrive and heal when they are able to experience and express sexual authenticity, are supported in their sexual, gender or orientation identity, and feel safe and respected in their personal and professional life. My office has been a catalyst for many people to heal and feel whole by truly being supported, accepted, and gently challenged.

I am open and affirming to all sexual and gender expressions and honor the individuality of all who come to my office regardless of race, ethnicity, faith, disability, sexual or gender identity. It is my priority that my office is a safe, comfortable, and confidential space for my clients.

My work is grounded in principles of sexual health, including consent, honesty, pleasure, nonexploitation, protection, and alignment with personal and shared values.
This framework is especially important in my work with Out-of-Control Sexual Behavior and compulsive sexual behavior. Treatment extends beyond suppressing unwanted behavior. We work toward stronger regulation, greater integrity, healthier connection, and a sustainable vision of sexual health.
