During the call, we will discuss what topics and issues have led you to seek my services and whether I will be a good fit for your needs.
SESSION TIME & FEE
Sessions are 60 minutes long. My rate is $225 per session. Payment is due at the time of the session. I accept credit cards, cash or checks.
INSURANCE
I am an out-of-network provider for all insurance companies. I do not work directly with insurance companies, however, I can provide billing statements for you to submit to your insurer. Please call your insurer ahead of time to discuss possible reimbursement. I am not a Medicaid provider. If you have Medicaid coverage that includes mental health services, I am not able to offer mental health services to you.

Please check to make sure that you receive an appointment confirmation email after you have booked an appointment.
All appointments are not confirmed or saved until you have received a confirmation email.
To change or cancel upcoming appointments email me 24 hours from your scheduled appointment.
*If you did not receive a confirmation email, please contact me and I will make sure your appointment gets in the schedule.

Confidentiality
All Services are legally confidential and cannot be released without the clients consent. There are several exceptions to confidentiality mandated by law which include harm to yourself or others.
Communication
While my voicemail and email are confidential, I cannot guarantee complete confidentiality over a phone line or email correspondence. Please leave out sensitive details and keep emails and voicemails brief. I will return emails and voicemails as soon as possible. Email is the best way to get in touch.
Good Faith Estimate (No Surprise Act)
You have the right to request a “Good Faith Estimate” of how much your care will cost before your first appointment. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you may dispute the bill. For more information about the No Surprise Act, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call 1-877-696-6775.
I provide non-emergency counseling services by appointment only. I do not to provide 24 hour care or emergency assistance. In the case of a life-threatening emergency, please call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room.
