"Each scene has its own music, and the music is created for the scene, woven to it in ways we do not understand. No matter how much we may love the melody of the bygone day or imagine the song of a future one, we must dance with the music of today or we will always be out of step, stumbling around in something that doesn't suit the moment." - Lisa Wingate

Welcome to Intimate Inquiries

I'm Auburn Meisner, LCSW, CST. I am a licensed clinical social worker and AASECT Certified Sex Therapist and Supervisor.
I love helping people gain clarity on what they want and take action to bring that vision to life.

With my background and training in sexual health, relationships, and psychology, I am skilled and excited to help facilitate dynamic conversations to catalyze growth, healing, and connection.
My approach is strength-based and aligned with sexual health principles (honesty, pleasure, protection from unplanned pregnancies and STI's, consent, non-exploitation, and shared values). I specialize in treating Out of Control Sexual Behavior.

I founded Intimate Inquiries to help people improve their sexual health, relationships, and overall wellness.
I have a non-judgmental, curiosity focused approach to sexual health. I create a safe and confidential space to explore how to connect with you authentic sexual self.
Therapy can help you identify, articulate, and re-structure unhelpful patterns. By raising awareness through paying attention to thoughts, feelings and actions, new paths of resiliency, pleasure, and power can be forged, leading to living a more satisfying and intentional life.

Intimate Inquiries specifically focuses on Sex Therapy. Sex Therapy can encompass many issues that range from issues with desire, arousal, attachment, relationships, communication, infidelity, compulsive sexual behavior, sex addiction, porn addiction, orgasm issues, body image, sexual confidence, trauma, and major life changes. Sexual issues are often the presenting issue, however, the work tends to dive deep into other arenas of life that intersect with sexual health such as attachment, regulation, and erotic conflicts.
