Intimate Inquiries is now offering a weekly professionally facilitated outpatient OCSB process group starting April 1st 2021. Group work is an essential part of treatment and healing for men who struggle with Out of Control Sexual Behavior (OCSB). You are eligible to enter this group once you have completed the OCSB assessment process with Auburn Meisner, LCSW, CST.
The group is for highly motivated individuals who have established their personal sexual health plan. Once assessed for Out of Control Sexual Behavior (OCSB) and readiness for the group, the group will help participants align their sexuality with their values and the principles of sexual health. OCSB is an alternative approach to conventional sex addiction/12 step treatments which mostly promotes abstinence form problematic behaviors. The OCSB pathway model can help men regain control of sexual behavior, strengthen relationships and confidently manifest and maintain their vision of sexual health. Men are eligible to join this group once they complete an in-depth assessment process and qualify for OCSB treatment. This assessment is required. This group meets weekly every Thursday evening. All group members must attend individual therapy with a therapist of their choice throughout the group membership. Those interested agree to come to the weekly group experience for at least three months.
