This group is for the women who are hungry to uncover and harness their strong, assertive, confident voices in order to advocate for their well-being, sexual pleasure, right to be heard in the world with respect. Take back your bodies and minds in this supportive process group for women of all ages. We will discuss:
how to clearly define and uphold boundaries
the beauty of "No"
carving out time for self-discover and self-healing
deconstructing toxic messages about women worth, bodies and place in the world and replacing them with empowering, inclusive, and compassionate narratives that enable women to thrive with joy and strength as a supportive community
challenging and expanding the "beauty standard"
radically accepting and loving self and our evolving bodies and minds
