Initial Free Consultation All appointments start with a brief initial free phone consultation. This free 15-minute initial consultation starts the process of getting to know one another, discuss your concerns, and answer any questions you have. This also allows me to get a better understanding of how we can best work together.

On this scheduling page, you will be directed to schedule an appointment and also fill in this one time online intake form. If you do not see this form, please contact me for assistance. *If you did not receive a confirmation email, please contact me and we will make sure it gets in the books. The appointment is not confirmed or saved until you have received a confirmation email.
